Email us with what happened and a screenshot if you can — it helps a ton.
Know a great spot we're missing? Send us the name and location.
Allow Game Vibe to access your location when prompted (you can also enable this later in your device's Settings > Game Vibe > Location). Once enabled, venues on the Spots and Map tabs are automatically sorted by distance from you.
Check that location permission is enabled for Game Vibe in your device settings (Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > Game Vibe, set to "While Using the App"). If you previously denied permission, you'll need to enable it manually — the app can't re-prompt automatically.
Game Vibe automatically refreshes scores for live matches roughly every 30–60 seconds. If a score looks out of date, try switching tabs or pulling down to refresh — and let us know if it persists, as that may be a bug worth reporting.
On any venue's page, you can report how busy it currently is — from "Empty" to "Line Out the Door". These reports are anonymous and combine with reports from other fans to show a live "how busy is it right now" badge. Reports are rate-limited to about once every 30 minutes per venue, and the live badge reflects reports from the last 90 minutes.
The "Ask Game Vibe" assistant can answer questions like "where can I watch the Canada game near me" or "find me a busy spot with a big screen". You can type or use voice. The assistant uses your approximate location (if enabled) and venue data to give recommendations. It has a limited number of free questions per day.
Knockout stage matchups (Round of 32 onward) depend on results from earlier rounds, so the teams aren't known yet. Game Vibe shows "TBD" for these matches until the participating teams are confirmed, then updates automatically.
Yes — Game Vibe is free to download and use, including venue browsing, live scores, maps, and crowd reports. The AI assistant includes a limited number of free questions per day.
Game Vibe currently focuses on venues across the Greater Toronto Area. Live scores and standings work anywhere, but venue listings are GTA-only for now — we're looking to expand coverage in future updates.
Game Vibe doesn't require an account, so there's no account to delete. Saved venues, preferences, and theme settings are stored only on your device — deleting the app removes them. See our Privacy Policy for details on what data is stored.
Email getgamevibe@gmail.com and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
